1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. International shipping is also available.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Kerala: 4–5 business days
- Rest of India: 7-8 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season volumes.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes. An additional COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply.
7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a mandatory opening video. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
8. Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
