Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Anvi Jewels. We take pride in the quality of our imitation jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns for damaged or defective items and it should be within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by an opening video which is mandatory.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an opening video of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges We offer no exchanges.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising a request.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs since we don't have in pick up service. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
